REFUND POLICY

1. We strictly do not provide refund in cash.

2. Any refund will be in term of cash voucher and we will provide you with the voucher code once we receive the parcel.

3. Items available for exchange as cash voucher:
i) oversold design,
ii) sold out item
iii) exchange for size
iv) exchange for design only applicable for defect item/oversold item

4. Item NOT available for exchange

i) dislike design

ii) color difference

iii) items on sales/ promotional items

iv) Discrepancy on measurement

5) For all items that wish to be returned, we will request customer to post back and then we refund in terms of the coupon. Then the customer re-order herself from website for the collect size / same items / other items using the coupon given.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. For exchange of size customers are required to post back the item within 7 days including weekend

2. To exchange any item due to defect, customers are strictly required to inform us within 7 days  including weekend, thereafter, any request or exchange will not be entertained.

3. For exchange item, it must be in its original condition, same packaging, label attached, unwashed.

4. For all items that wish to be exchanged, we will request customer to post back and bare the postage herself.

5. Upon receiving the returned parcel, customer may place order for the exchange sizes subject to stock availability at the time of exchange. We do not practise reservation policy for exchange item.

6. If customer do not have any item to exchange, the coupon maybe kept for next purchase. Coupon will expire in 3 months. However, it will not be refunded as cash.

8. Please write your IG/FB name when you send back the parcel so that we can contact you once we receive your parcel.

9. Customers are required to write their order number beside their name when they post back their parcel.
