1. We strictly do not provide refund in cash.
2. Any refund will be in term of store credit and the amount refunded will be reflected in the ‘wallet’ of your account.
3. Items available for refund as store credit:
i) oversold design,
ii) sold out item
4. Item available for exchange
i) exchange for size
ii) exchange for design only applicable for defect item/oversold item
5. Item NOT available for exchange
i) dislike design
ii) free size items
iii) colour difference
6. For defect item, we will provide for exchange (however this process may take 1-3 weeks depending on POS LAJU). For this process, we will write an email to arrange the postman to pick up the item from customer, customer just need to pass the item(in the original condition) to the postman.
7. For defect item that has been sold out, we will refund as store credit. Customer may also opt to exchange to other designs.
1. For exchange of size, customers are required to post back the item within 7 days including weekend.
2. Exchange of colour/design is not allowed. Free size item are not available for exchange.
3. For exchange item, it must be in its original condition, same packaging, label attached, unwashed.
4. Customers are required to bear RM8/WM, RM12/EM processing fee for exchange (already including the postage fee that we send out the exchanged parcel in future).
5. Upon receiving the returned parcel, customer may place order for the exchange sizes subject to stock availability at the time of exchange. We do not practise reservation policy for exchange item.
6. If customer do not have any item to exchange, the store credit maybe kept for next purchase. Store credit has no expiry date. However, it will not be refunded as cash.
