  2. How long does it take for us we process your order?
    After payment is credited to our account, we will deliver your parcel within 2 working days.
  3. When do we deliver parcel?
    We deliver parcel every Monday, Wednesday, Friday (except urgent case)
  4. Item purchase price is RM99, am I entitled for free postage?
    NO, standard postage fee is charged as long as the purchase is below RM100.
  5. Can I exchange after purchase?
    Please read up our exchange policy.
  6. How do I know if my parcel has been shipped out?
    A confirmation e-mail with tracking number will be sent to you.
  7. How do I know if the item is pre-order or ready stock?
    If there is a date stated beside the name of the item, it is a pre-order item, if it does not has a date, it is a ready stock item.
  8. My favorite design has been sold out, can it be restocked?
    You may FB us and inquire, restock will be made based on customers’ demand.
  9. Can I try out the clothes?
    You may try out the clothes at our working studio (please see pick up location). ​
